Jack Sampson, trading as Crafters Agency, is the controller responsible for personal information provided through this website or when you contact us. For questions about your information, email hello@craftersagency.co.uk.
What we collect
When you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, email address, website and the details you choose to share about your project.
Why we use it
We use your details to understand your enquiry, reply to you and, where appropriate, discuss working together. We use enquiry details only to respond and discuss the potential project, not to add you to marketing campaigns. We do not sell your personal information.
Where enquiry information is stored
This website and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify. Submitting the form sends your details to Netlify for processing on our behalf. Enquiry information is also stored in our email inbox and in spreadsheets or shared documents using Google and Microsoft services. Please include only the information needed to discuss your project.
Your browser preferences
The motion control remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage. You can change it using the motion button or clear it through your browser settings. Interactive project previews load an external experience only when you choose to open them.
Keeping it secure
Jack Sampson and authorised Crafters team members can access enquiry records. We generally keep enquiries that do not become projects for around one year. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant records are kept for managing that working relationship and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format where the relevant right applies. You can also object to uses of your information where you have that right. Email hello@craftersagency.co.uk and we will help.
Raising a concern
Please contact us if you have a concern about your information. You can also raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
